With TubePress 4.i.0 and higher, controlling the sort social club of videos in a YouTube playlist must now exist done directly on you youtube.com instead of from within TubePress. This is a limitation imposed by YouTube and is unlikely to modify in the nigh future.

Thankfully it's still pretty like shooting fish in a barrel. Here's how to adjust the sort gild of a YouTube playlist:

From your playlist management page on youtube.com, click the "Edit" button for the advisable playlist.
Click "Playlist Settings"
Apply the "Ordering" dropdown to select your desired sort order.

TubePress volition now display the playlist in the order that you lot have selected. If y'all have enabled TubePress's API enshroud, it might have some time for your changes to bear witness upwardly on your website.

Not working for me either.. When I use the Playlist Option: i.eThe URL to any YouTube playlist (e.g.http://youtube.com/p...8A83AD3506C9D36) or just the playlist identifier (due east.g. 48A83AD3506C9D36).

That brings up the oldest first..

When I use the YouTube Search characteristic with the Proper name of My Playlist it'south ordered correctly..

I did turn on API Cache & My YouTube Playlist is gear up upward correctly and displays correctly on my channel - Newest first..

It'due south now working.. I approximate the API Cache took mode longer than I idea it would.. or perhaps when I changed some other parameters on the theme made a departure.. who the heck knows.. So I'm going to upgrade in the side by side couple of days after information technology runs stable for a bit..

This didn't piece of work for me (sorting). My playlist is already sorted newest-oldest in YouTube, and I accept the API cache set to 60 - so information technology should take updated past now (that means 60 seconds doesn't it?). It's showing the latest 3 videos - merely in oldest-newest order. It's very frustrating because I want to upgrade to the pro version, simply obviously won't carp if I tin can't become this to work. Please help!
